Maine Lease Moving Out At The End Of The Lease - 30 Days Notice?

Moving out at the end of the lease - 30 days notice? - maine lease

My contract expires at the end of the 1st July. I did not sign a new lease for the moment and my current lease (Leave years) says nothing about the statement in (30 days or more) to leave, only the date of the contract begins and ends.
If I go, there is a law to give me notice of 30 days or not required. Can I at 1 July to leave? "
I live in Maine.

These are not leaving thirty days to typical lease or too. If you do not expect to notice that you continue to rent on a monthly basis. You're too late to give such notice and was due to the 1 June or sooner. If you want to be the owner be forced, for their hard to pay the rent in full in July, because of the lack of completeness.
