The first thing is whether this device is working properly. At a high level, I think you would feel some symptoms.

Close abroad. If it still shows a similar level of CO2 is probably defective. If it shows a normal level, has a very dangerous situation in your home. A 400 ppm died in 5 minutes and you are 3 / 4 of the road.

The source of CO2 gas will probably be your heating or hot water when the gas. I want a heater to immediately check your water heater professional to contact and stay away from home. Your chimney can be blocked, and all of the ventilation system inside.

This is very dangerous! Carbon monoxide is a deadly poison! It causes damage to soft tissues in the nasal cavity, lungs and internal organs. It attacks the red blood cells in your circulation. You need a professional to come and immediately have the source! Carbon monoxide results from incomplete combustion of fossil fuels such as natural gas, propane, butane or oil. There is clearly a problem with your heating and need immediate help.

If the Council does not respond immediately contact you with health and safety. This number should be in the White Pages or search the web, if necessary. If you have a gas furnace or other gas appliance switch the device for at least one night outside the windows of night ventilation.
The documentation that go with the CO detector should give an indication of a dangerous level.

Hello,

First things first, if you're not sure if the readings are true or not switch off your gas heater and open the windows and doors, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT symptoms of CO2 poisoning and improve its dead cold

As mentioned earlier, if they have tested the monitor and control all read Co2 each side and then the invitation of the Council or a local gas engineer to safeguard and transmit to the costs of the Council. or from the boiler and wait until the next morning the ring and the smell right, if not satisfactorily answered in the way you find to remember.
If you do not get the answer you are looking for the person who complained highest available.
